Sara Box graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Biological Anthropology and minors in Personal Fitness Instruction and Exercise and Health Science. Sara completed her MS in Holistic Nutrition through Hawthorn University. Sara with her associate Matt Anderson own Titan Sports Performance.

“(THM) Teen Health Magazine” was founded by Max Mondolin 2007 while he was attending high school, during ”The Early 2000 Recession”. Frustrated by the lack of information available to him while dealing with the college application process, his mom's battle with cancer and family financial crises, he realized a great need existed for an informative magazine for teens that is mainly written by teens.
